My yoga practice and teaching is grounded, slow, playful and intentional. Whether gentle or strong, it is always a slow flow, always mindful. It is designed to, with curiosity, support connection to your body, mind and spirit.
I was initially drawn to yoga to increase strength and flexibility. Being naturally energetic I surprised myself where over time, connecting deeper to quieter, slower and contemplative practices such as Hatha and Yin.
My training began in India, where I completed my first teacher training within a yogic family home and learning yoga through lived and shared practice. I have since continued my studies through further trainings, including a 200-hour intensive in Costa Rica and 50-hour Yin training at YYoga in Canada.
Alongside movement; meditation and mindfulness have become integral to my work. What began as a personal practice has grown into something I now share with others, offering space for stillness, reflection, and regulation.
When you practise with me, you can expect clear guidance, adaptions for postures to suit personal choice, thoughtful sequencing and an invitation to approach the practice with curiosity, acceptance, fun and care.

I am currently taking a break from regularly scheduled studio classes.
